Double logins from users

Hi,

we’re having an issue with login reports on our multisite.

At the end of each month we generate a report of the number of logins users have made for that month. But the amount looked a lot higher than anticipated so I looked into it a bit more and generated a full report with the specific event codes instead.

What this report tells me is that every time a user logs in it counts twice, sometimes the role shows empty in the “double” but shows correctly in the others.
Any way to send this report to you?

Here’s an example (i replaced the name and ip):

06-05-2019 17:18:13.000 “username” “user” “empty” “ip” Successfully logged in.

06-05-2019 17:18:13.000 “username” “user” “subscriber” “ip” Successfully logged in.

As you can see the timecode is exactly the same. Any solution or clue as to why this happens?

2nd issue

We’re also looking for a way to report each session of a user so we can tell how often people use the site. We thought of doing that by looking at the amount of logins but we have a high “login timeout” so people don’t need to log in every time they use the site, which means we can’t track the sessions that way.

Do you have any suggestions for ways to track and count each session?
