We can’t replicate that behavior, so try the following:
1) Make sure you’re on the latest version of Give — version 1.6.1
2) Go to “Donations > Reports > Tools” and do the “Recalculate all donation stats” tool — and any other tools there you think might be relevant.
Let me know how it goes from there.
If I have the latest version, I had already used “Donations> Reports> Tools” ;(
OK, I’ll test this carefully now to see if I can replicate exactly what you’re mentioning. If so, we’ll work on a fix right away. I’ll keep you posted.

Unfortunately, I really can’t replicate that behavior at all with Give version 1.6.1 so far. I’ve tried it in many different ways. But obviously, two of you have the same problem (though we aren’t seeing it beyond this ticket). There must be a reason, but it’s not clear yet whether or not the cause is within Give itself or a conflict with another plugin or hosting environment.
Please try the following:
- Disable all other plugins except Give and try the Offline Donations again
- Provide me with a link of your System Info. Go to “Donatons > Settings > System Info”
