SO I have looked everywhere and tried many possible fixes but no luck. Trying to resize wideget area to my liking..

As you can see, I inserted the shot code in the part of the header but not sure where dimensions for the widegets are allocated in order to positionn and size… where? Is is the css file for the pluggin?

You need to build a layout using the OTW Grid Manager Light metabox under the page content editor of a page. Then you insert the sidebars in the grid. The sidebars will take the full width of the column that they are inserted in.
