Double posts made by "Special Recent Posts" ?

Suddenly I get double posts made by Special Recent Posts on my “News” page…
I have not done anything more than upgrade wordpress and my plugins, I dont know why it does this? On my “News” page I have the [widgets_on_pages id=”START”]…Any idea why?
