After checking carefully, we found that HTML snippet reported was not related to our plugin.
Perhaps, Yith Woo Badge Management plugin is causing the error. Please help us check it back.

Of course this HTML from Yith Woo Badge Management . I did screencast that if your plugin is active and it’s a 3.5.22 version – there is no problem but after update to 3.5.3 I got an character set error
