Double Requests

    Hi MT,

    Yes it does appear to be sending multiple requests and no it shouldn’t be doing that. I haven’t been able to find out why it is doing that yet, but I will keep looking and release an update once I find out. Are there any issues that this is causing?

    Hi Cameron,

    Sometimes when I refresh the page with cache (CTRL+F5) on Mozilla Firefox, the facebook plugin won’t load at all, but the “waiting” icon on the tab will keep spinning and never end. This rarely happens and it only happens when I do that kind of refresh. It is all fine on the second request without refreshing the cache.

    Hi MT,

    Thanks for that info. I can’t say I’ve ever experienced the plugin not loading at all, save for when a fatal error is thrown. That said I usually work in Chrome and not Firefox. I’m yet to figure out why two requests are being made but I will continue to investigate.

    I have just released an update addressing an issue brought up in a separate thread, would you mind updating and seeing if you’re still encountering the bug?
