Double site menu

Hello,
I am making a simple website using your theme. And I am hoping you can assist me. I want to create a new kind a like sub menu which would be in certain pages content, but I will not be main menu.
Is this even achiveable with this theme ? I triend to use html code in the page example <section class=”top-bar-section> </section> and inside this providing ul with il elements, but nothing happend. Please help me out if you can.
