Double submissions

Hello there,
We use Thrive Themes (https://thrivethemes.com) with our WordPress instance. Recently, we decided to use Contact Form 7 as well. Set up was easy, but in some cases, we are getting double submissions. This results in the user who filled out the form getting two emails as well as our getting two notifications.
I’ve contacted the Thrive Themes team and they sent me this: “Could you ask them to explain how their submission process works?” They are keen to get CF7 working smoothly in their system.
