Double title in excerpt

Hi there,

my blog is showing the post title (h-tag) a second time at the beginning of the content body text. Therefore I have the title twice in every blog post. This is only appearing in the excerpt, not in the post itself.

Does anybody know how to remove this part – or at least how to insert a double dot after the title at the beginning of the text?
