Double Title posts

    Since I use the SEO by Yoast Plugin the titles are being displayed double, with or without the rewrite title option in the plugin….you can see in this link at the top . (double title “Urnenhemel”). How can I resolve this?

    The title says; Assieraden – UrnenhemelUrnenhemel.
