as a matter of fact – i already have active users and i have delete an extra topic after every user.
we are using it as a meeting board – to find people with same interests in education

No it did not resolve at all. I have to enable checking of posts, so none iof them published w/o my approval, so I manually delete topic – because when person creates topic it appears 2 right away, after that I publish the remaining topic.
So every time you publish a new topic, it publishes a duplicate as well?
Have you tried disabling other plugins to see if there is a conflict? No one else has reported this issue so I wonder if there is a possible issue with another plugin that you have on your site.
