Double tracking

    I have an analytics code which will first be set when the user set his opt-in. This is working great.
    The point is that setting the opt-in is causing a page reload. Within my tracking I see 1 user and 2 interactions (isntead of 1 user and 1 interaction)

    Hi @check2020de

    That is strange. If the scripts are not hardcoded in your site and if you test this in a private browsing window (so no existing cookies interfere), then your tracking should not be able to pick up the user or their interactions until the user agrees to cookies.

    Can you please provide more information and the website URL?

    it is strange… I have hat this issue on 2 test installaions, but now it is gone. For sure it was my mistake. I don’t know what I have changed, I did exactly theh same when I tested it last week.
