Doubt about creating products

Good afternoon,
I have two doubts about your plugin
1) We need that on our website, the products are created only by the administrator and should not be published or visible.
From this “product catalog”, registered sellers will ONLY be able to add these products created by the administrator to their store. They will NOT be able to create their own products.
Is it possible to do this?
2) Is there some kind of shortcode to show a list of products like in Woocommerce? If Woocommerce shortcode is added, products sold by 2 or more stores are shown as duplicates.
