Doubts for new implementation

Hello, I’ve recently been testing your product and it seems perfect for a project that I plan to develop.
I would appreciate your response to these questions:

1. Is it possible to configure that products can only be purchased from a single seller? that is to say in the shopping cart that products from several sellers cannot be added.

2. I want to implement that sellers can establish their own payment method, that is, that payments are not centralized by the administrator, but for example if I decide to work with Paypal as a payment gateway, each seller enters their own paypal account and customer payments go directly to the vendor.
Do you have a plugin that allows you to do this?
I seemed to see somewhere that it can be done with Stripe, but I have doubts if it can be done with Paypal or with some other Woocommerce gateway.
