Could you direct me to a page where you have a ticker set to scroll up or down?

I see that ticker, but it is scrolling left. I need to see an example of a ticker that you’ve set to scroll up or down.

Ok, I know what’s going on. When scrolling vertically you need to specify the height of the ticker. In the Scroll Settings > Tick Dimensions set a height of 262 (adjust as necessary).
The ticker relies on the size of the containing element to position the ticks. Since the ticker is the only element in it’s parent container, there is no height applied to the parent… so, you need to tell the ticker to base it’s height off of a set amount of pixels.

I am not using an h1 tag, I am just wrapping the bold text in tags:

If you want to display the date you will need to manually enter it:
