Do you mind sharing more about the issue though? We’d prefer to fix the issue rather than having users use a lower version of a plugin. 🙂

I found that this happens when I use safari,Firefox and chrome. After I log in and go to page to edit, click on page builder it goes to page but no options for page builder. The link says http://www.companyabc.org/?fl_builder. I seems to work on IE but I use Mac. Hope this helps.

That’s really weird! Was it fixed when you downgraded the plugin though? We can do some checking if you’d like. First thing we can do is rule out 3rd party plugins, i.e., disable all plugins and test the Beaver Builder while reactivating each to determine if the issue is related to a 3rd party plugin. 🙂

No. I have disabled all plug-ins and still have the issue. One of the other things was updated the theme. It’s running smother but still can only use IE.
