I have the last version of WP Statistics, but with this version I cannot access to stats, so I need to downgrade to 12.6.12 version. How can I do this, without lose data? Where I can find 12.6.12 version?

No worry, you can downgrade without losing data.

Just replace the files. don’t need to uninstall.

So, by FTP I have to insert the WP Statitics installation field on plugin section and replace all last version files?

Just delete the plugin through WordPress > Plugins and then upload the old version.
