Hi. I like your lightweight backup plugin but I do run into a little problem. When I click the download button for the backup I made (database), I get either a 404 (dreamhost) or a 403 (one.com) page and no download. I hope that’s something that can be fixed.

I would love to hear from you. Thank you in advance.

    Naomi

    Hello Naomi,

i will have a look into this.
In the meantime, please go to wp-content/uploads/atec-backup – you will see the .zip files there.

    If you have a folder
    wp-content/uploads/atec-atec-backup
    pls rename to
    wp-content/uploads/atec-backup

    Pls update to v1.1.28

if backup download does not work, deactivate and activate the plugin – this will rewrite some files and things should work again.

Thank you for looking into this. The folder has only one atec in its name.

I updated the plugin, deactivated and then reactivated it and that hasn’t resolved the issue. I still can’t download the file. Would it help to actually uninstall the plugin and then reinstall it? If you need more information, please let me know.

    Thank you for your help.

yes this could help, but before that, save the *.zip files in wp-content/uploads/atec-backup so you can restore them after re-install.

    do you have FTP access?
if so, you can download them to disk.
