Download Button

I’m having trouble adding a download button.
I’ve added the code from this post http://support.jwplayer.com/customer/portal/articles/1436999-example-adding-a-download-button

to the head in header.php of my wordpress install, but I get an error in the console “jwplayer” is not defined.

Your help with this would be greatly appreciated!
