Download button disabled

Hello, I have problem with downloading certificates from Tutor LMS pro. The certificate is showing properly:

But download button is not working, no reaction. Copying url works. Printing option works, the printing options are opening, however the page is blank:

And last sharing to social media also doesn’t work.

I have tried to clear cache data but still nothing. Any ideas? I really appreciate for help.
