Download button doesn’t work

    The backup seemed to be created with no issues, and I was able to download the backup log file to my computer, but when trying to download the backup file, a new page loaded entirely filled with various symbols and characters and basically froze my browser window – I was not able to navigate back to the previous page. I have to restart my browser.

    Hello @omd2,

    You can fix this problem by adding your custom MIME types in your hosting dashboard. Please try to add sgbp extension as application/octet-stream, this should help you with the issue.

    You can also connect via FTP client (e.g. Cyberduck or FileZilla) and download your backups from “wp-content/uploads/backup-guard/”.
