Download count not counting

Hello,

I’m using download monitor with contact form to enable email before download.

This is working fine, however in download monitor I’m not recording any downloads. I know I have them as I have an email notification, but the count is not happening.

Is there something I need to configure to make this work?

I have logging configured, but no logs are visible.
