Download full backup wordpress fail

    Hello. I have configured a full backup and a content backup, both of them are performed daily. When downloading anyone of my full backup, the .zip that is generated is 1k,that is, the download fails. On the other hand, When downloading anyone of my content backups, the download works fine.
    Review inside: / html / wp-content / uploads / fw-backup and the backup’s are there.
    What can be? What happen when downloading a full backup, that only reaches the size of 1k? I need this data to replicate my wordpress in another domain.
