    if i try to download backup file, the download stuck on 9.6mb
    if itry to export, it also stuck on 9.6.
    please help me to fix

    If your backup download is consistently getting stuck at 9.6MB, it’s often caused by browser or server timeouts during large file transfers.

    Here are two alternative methods to resolve this:

    1. Use a Download Manager like Motrix. It’s more reliable for handling large files and can resume interrupted downloads.

    2. You can also download the backup file directly using FTP or your hosting file manager.
    You’ll find the file in this location: /wp-content/ai1wm-backups/

    Once downloaded, you can move or restore it as needed using the plugin.
