Download Manager: category box missing

Hello,

for some days ( I think, there was an update?) the category box is missing when creating or editing a download. It could be longer and I just did not see it before, I haven’t added a download for weeks.

The box is missing and i also cannot activate it (see it) through Settings -> Preferences.

Is it just me? Can anybody help?

Things I tried:

• deleting cache
• deactivating ALL other plugins
• removing ALL code from my functions.php
• replacing the plugin folder with a new download from here
• tried version 3.2.66 and 3.2.55
• different browser
• different user
• different (default) theme
