I didn’t go that further but when request data export from a logged in user the e-mail is send to a [email protected] it should be the user e-mail not to administrations or other e-mail else. Need to see this too. It’s very serious!

If you are running any SMTP/Email plug-ins that might be the issue. If not – then you have the same problem as our clients.
I’m still getting error: “There was a problem with your request. Please try again later.”
I’ve deactivated any Jetpack plugin for caching and the plugin that changes the default wordpress sending address. I’m using WP to send any emails.
I have also installed yesterdays GDPR plugin update – still no different!

Do you block access to wp-admin folder by password protecting or some other form?
Are you running any SMTP plugins?
Hi, no I don’t block access to the wp-admin folder or run any SMTP plugin. On any of the sites. I’ve put the short codes on a page for download my data and amend and delete my data, and added a link to the page in my privacy policy, but the link to download my data just throws up this error message?
