Could you please share a screenshot of your thumbnail, although you can download older version from here

Hi there,
I managed a workaround to the issue.
I don’t have the slider lazy load option active and am using Lazy Load – Optimize Images By WP Rocket to manage lazy loading.
However in the updated version of PickPlugins Product Slider for WooCommerce even with the slider lazy load set to ‘false’ the images had the ‘class=”owl-lazy”‘ applied.
I’m assuming this means the images are being lazy loaded by both plugins causing a conflict perhaps?
To get it working I activated lazy load in the sliders and excluded ‘class=”owl-lazy”‘ from Lazy Load – Optimize Images By WP Rocket so that only your plugin was doing the lazy loading.
I however noticed on GTMetrix that lazy load implementation from WP Rocket seems to be a bit more robust (smaller page size and less requests), so have switched back to the previous setup with version 1.13.17 installed.
Are you able to check that having lazy load set to ‘false’ in the slider options will stop it from doing anything in the updated version please? It may be that I have a setting incorrectly setup.
In version 1.13.17 with lazy load set to ‘false’ in the slider I see the following image class ‘class=”attachment-woocommerce_thumbnail size-woocommerce_thumbnail wp-post-image lazyloaded”‘ set by WP Rocket Lazy Rocket, and no mention of ‘class=”owl-lazy”‘.
Thanks for your help, very much appreciated 🙂
Kind regards,
JP
