Download Pro Plugin Problem

I recently purchased Multi Account Social Networks Auto Poster (SNAP-PRO). I got an email with account information, but I cannot find where to download the plugin.
I sent a support ticket, this did not seem to work correctly, but two tickets are now logged, however I have not got a reply.
Can anyone tell me where to download the Pro version of the plugin ?
I have been to http://www.nextscripts.com/mypage/ and I have read the install instructions which are no help. I have also posted on the plugin’s forum.

Sorry for your troubles. What part of the installation instructions is no help? You just need to follow it step by step. Each step is illustrated with a screenshot. What step exactly is giving you a problem?
I cannot find where to download the Pro plugin ?
What exactly are you looking for? There is no separate download. “Pro” is an upgrade for the “Free” plugin.
You said you have seen the “Please see more detailed upgrade instructions here: How to Upgrade SNAP WordPress plugin to Pro” page.
You just need to do what said there step by step. If you follow the steps correctly you will get the your plugin upgraded to “Pro”.
Auto poster update to pro does not upgrating to pro when i enter my activation key

I just buy your Plugin Autoposter for wordpress.
( my site: http://www.faz.gr/ )I followed all you instructions ( http://www.nextscripts.com/upgrade-to-pro-setup-install-social-networks-auto-poster-for-wordpress/ ) for upgrade to pro but when i enter my SNAP Version 2 Serial Number (30***-*****-*****-*****-***D2) the plugin it doesn’t include API version, it still says that i must upgrade to pro:
“Plugin Version: 2.7.14 [Single Accounts Edition] – Get PRO – Multiple Accounts Edition”but it should be say:
“Plugin Version: 2.7.14 (Api Version: ….) [Pro – Multiple Accounts Edition]”Why that?
You already receive my payment, why you don’t upgrade my account to Pro?

Because now i have the feeling that i just throw 50$ into a rubbish bin.
I paid you for the Pro Version and the activation key that you sent to does not work.
You already receive your payment but i still have the free version.
Please help me or refund my money if this is possible.
I’m looking forward for your answer, please tell me why when i fill the activation key with the one that you sent me the plugin does not upgrade to Pro version and still ask me to pay (again!) if i want to use the Pro features.

Thanks for your advice,I know that about wp forums but i saw a lot of complains here about the Pro version, so i decided to post my problem here too, to have more chances that plugin author reply to me.
But this guy never replys to his site even to us that we pay him our money.
So, because i saw some of his replies here for free plugin versions i thought maybe i’ll be lucky and get my problem solved.
But now i’m sure that i lost my money, i haven’t got any chances to take an answer or to get my money back 🙁

PS.: Is it at least possible to open a new ticket here to the free version of this plugin to warn other people NOT TO BUY this plugin because the author sends broken activation keys?
I am so sorry that you are having such a poor experience with the commercial version of this plugin but there’s very little we can offer here. If the free version of the plugin is working OK (and I’m assuming you don’t need an activation key for that), then our hands are pretty much tied.
If you would like to review the free plugin and highlight any shortcomings in that version, then please feel free to do so. Other than that, I can only suggest you look for other places to complain about your experiences with the commercial product.

Thanks for your involvement, but I am not quite sure why you are saying sorry without hearing the other part of the story.
Which is the following:
We are not a huge corporation with 365/24/7 support. We just several guys working from our small office in NJ, USA. The regular business/support hours are 9AM-6PM EST. (and yes, this fact is written on our site.)
This client sent the initial support request at 5AM EST. Then he waited for 3 hours and at 8AM started complaining everywhere that the product is not working.
I can assure you there is nothing wrong with the product or with the licence key he got. His server is misconfigured and it would’ve took 5 minutes to correct it and make it work. All he had to do is to wait for us to wake up, come to the office and see his request.
What he did instead? He published his active and valid license key on public forums all over the internet.
By the time we saw it, this key was successfully activated by 71 different people from 15 different countries.
We really don’t know what to do at this point. Our layer is seriously suggesting to send him a bill for 71 licences ($3546.45) and if unpaid then sue him for damages.
We really don’t want to go this way, but writing stuff like above is definitely not the way to resolve this.

@nextscripts: I’m sorry if you felt that I implied your commercial plugin/service was at fault. That was never my intention. I appreciate that there are always two sides to any story but, to reiterate, this is not the place to air any outstanding grievances.

I’m confused as to why this is a problem. Presumably the license is a license to use some web service you’re offering, correct? If so, then simply invalidate that particular license key, issue him a new one, and you’re good to go.
If this license key activates some kind of code in the plugin itself and not just some service you offer on your server, then you have a much bigger problem, because we don’t allow that sort of thing in the plugin directory. All code in our directory must be 100% functional and free. Any “licensing” you do must be for either a service you provide or for code you host elsewhere.
Our code was already checked by ww.wp.xz.cn team. It 100% functional and free.
The licence key mentioned above has nothing to do with the Free plugin located on ww.wp.xz.cn. It activates different plugin called SNAP Pro that you can take from our site.
Also I completely agree with esmi.
Questions about “SNAP Pro” should not be discussed here. “SNAP Pro” is a separate product. We have a ticket system and public forums on our site where those kind of questions should be asked. I would appreciate if you close or even remove this thread.
