Download Scripts?

Hi,

The analytics work well, but there are 3 download links to PDF files that require a PHP file on the site. Analyticator doesn’t count these. I have attempted to go into Google Analytics and the PHP files to fix this, but am stumped – what they suggest doesn’t appear to work. Is there something inherent to this plug-in that will prevent download scripts associated with external PHP files? Or, simply put, something associated with this plug-in that prevents what I am talking about? Any tips will be appreciated!
