    Yes, just set allow access option to “All Visitors” in package settings meta box.

    I have already allowed it but it still shows the username and password box. Yes it does work but it just seems very disturbing for the visitors as it compresses the download post into a small box.

    Ok just disabled a login limit plugin and it the problem is now fix for some reason.
