DOWNLOADED FILE EMPTY

    Hi there,

    I just downloaded the plugin and tried exporting some orders but the downloaded file is empty…I tried downloading in different formats and changing the dates and doing express export but the downloaded file is always empty. I downloaded a different order export plugin before and had the same issue but yours is the best one. Please help!!!!!!

    hi

    You even don’t see first line ( with headers), do you?

    Could you try export using “Bulk actions” (Woocommerce>Orders)?

    Hi,

    Yes correct, it is just an empty file (0 kb) downloaded. Sorry I don’t understand, with “Bulk Actions” there isn’t an option to export on my end.

    I tried saving settings but there is an error message that comes out now…When I tried downloading in CSV format it is still empty. Any other things I could try?

    Do you see any JS errors in console ?

    Could you create new ticket here and attach screenshot of your settings?
