Downloaded Files Corrupt?

    Hello,

    I have recently noticed, any file downloaded (PDF,DocX,Doc,XLS) from our Memphis Docs, is corrupted. I have done the following:

    1) re-installed the plugin
    2) Check via FTP the files (They work if transferred directly from FTP)
    3) Made sure all updates are done
    4) Check ModSec wasn’t interfering
    5) Disabled all other plugins

    Anyone have any ideas?

    Did you find a solution for this. I have the exact same problem. On some the preview works, but when clicking the download link, the images are corupted and can not be opened. I have downloaded them with ftp to ensure they are ok on the server.

    Ended up creating a new cPanel account and migrated it across and it worked fine.

    Couldn’t work out what caused it.
