    Before i give up, HELP PLEASE, I am new to WORDPRESS and want to download a plug in. The instuction i have to to download and unzip CONTACT FORM 7 and then go to ‘INSTALL PLUGINS’ How do i get to this stage, i cannot ‘add new plugin’ because i cannot get the DASHBOARD on line, how do i get this installed. This would then enable me to work in the download. Am near to giving up on WORDPRESS, unless you can help, would be a grateful man.

    Hi Bob.

    If you’re unable to get to the dashboard then you must be unable to login to your WordPress site? Is this so?

    Is this a self hosted site or on WordPress.com?
