• I just purchased and successfully installed the premium version. The setup went rather smooth, as I can create projects, add users/groups to them, and successfully upload files. However, when I download said uploaded files (as either the individual who has uploaded the file, or as another member of the group) and then try to open them, I get the same result; an error message from the file saying that it “cannot be opened. The file isn’t in the correct format (and that “the file might be corrupted, truncated, or in an unexpected format”). At the same time, when I access the actual file that has been uploaded via my FTP client (Filezilla) it opens just fine.

Has anyone else encountered this problem, and if so, could you shed some light as to how to fix it?

Hi there, seems like there is another plugin outputting content where they are not suppose to. I made a work around for this, you have to enable javascript redirect (settings page). Usually this is caused by headers already sent error.
