downloading embedded video

    I am looking for the best way to download videos from fites like youtube.com and break.com. Any suggestions would be apreciated.

    I also can’t insert an play an .flv file…what am I doing wrong? I saved the file and tried inserting it with the anarchy media player and it won’t work. I uploaded the video to viddler to confirm that it does work, and it plays fine.
