downloading subscribers

    Is it not possible to download the entirety of a subscriber list at once? Do I have to download individual files of 20-30 subscribers at a time? There are almost 600 one one list.

    also is there no option to mass delete subscribers once I have downloaded them? It looks llike I have to click delete on every individual subscriber

    You can download all subscribers at the same time. When you open your contacts page, click on “Export CSV” and it will give you the file.

    Mass delete is currently not available.
