Downloads don’t work correctly

    Downloads don’t work correctly

    I’ve updated and created new download files, and downloads aren’t processing correctly in Chrome browser.

    The history does mark the download as effective, but when I hit the download button, the file is not downloaded from the Chrome browser.

    Verifications carried out:

    The Download Manager plugin is updated to its latest version –
    All Plugins Disabled – Doesn’t Fix the Problem
    Theme was changed – It does not solve the problem
    Browser cache cleared – Doesn’t fix the problem
    Tested with Safari – DOES fix the issue
    Tested with Firefox – DOES fix the issue
