“Draft” designation missing beside draft posts in the posts admin page

I just noticed on multiple client sites that the Draft designation doesn’t show any longer in the Posts admin page. Inspecting the element shows that the ‘post-status’ element is present for Scheduled posts but not for Draft posts. Is this an intentional change? This is a major issue as many clients and myself rely on that to quickly scan what’s published and what isn’t. Any help is much appreciated.
