Draft post is unintentionally linked

Hi!

I have some problems with managing draft post.

1) Make an article using Japanese, English, and Chinese
2) Publish Japanese and English posts, but not publish Chinese post (just save draft)

Under the conditions above, the Chinese draft post, which is supposed not to publish, is linked from language switcher link, despite it’s still “Draft” on my dashboard.

Is this in the specifications or bugs?
