Draft Status on Orders – Question

    I see quite a few Draft status orders. I read about what they are intended to do.

    However I am seeing regular draft status orders for the exact same product from the same Billing State.

    I am concerned that these keep showing up and what to do about them, if anything.

    Has anyone had similar experience? Is there any additional plugin that would give me more details on these orders? IP address for example or browser info., etc.

    Draft status orders usually appear when a checkout is started but not completed. Seeing multiple drafts for the same product and billing state can happen if customers begin checkout but don’t finish.

    To get more details like IP address or browser info, you might consider using a plugin that logs order metadata or checkout activity, for example, the WooCommerce Customer History plugin. These can help track more info about draft orders.

    If drafts are accumulating without conversion, it might be useful to review your checkout process or consider a cart abandonment plugin to engage those visitors.
