Drag and Drop Post-Type Switching LOST Posts

I had my dashboard with posts tree and a custom post type tree. I had been doing it successfully minutes before this happened. This time when I dragged the post (with its child posts) into the custom post type tree only the parent post was moved and the child posts have vanished. It turns out they are still just “posts” and never got converted into the custom post type (not a problem, I can do that manually) — the problem is that I have 16 posts and the CMT Tree View shows only 4. I have tried to uninstall the plugin and reinstall it but still the tree show 4 of my 16 posts.

This plugin is really very important for making WordPress content easy to organize. I hope support will return soon.
