drag drop combinations plugin

Hello,
For a client I’m searching for a ‘drag and drop combinations plugin’. I don’t know if this is the right way to mention it, so a short description of what it should be able to do:
There has to be a place with 6 ‘blocks’ where you can drag products from certain categories to in order to create a custom combination.
For example a clients wants a website and has to choose a number of pages (this is a category), has to select a layout (another category) and other options like contactform, webshop module etc.
Does anyone know if anything like this is available?
