draggable setting code does not work in Version 1.10.3

Hello all,

I am trying to add draggable: false in functions.js

I put ‘draggable’ : false, on line 82 in mapOptions = {} or mapOptions.draggable = false; after that but the settings does not apply.

Any idea where to put the code and what code works?
