I keep getting the dreaded “10727 – The field Shipping Address1 is required” error when I activate Paypal Express.

I have looked at other forum threads for suggestions but up to now nothing has worked.

I also looked at the wc-gateway-paypal-express-angelleye.php as suggested by another user and left the ‘noshipping’ value blank but that did nothing.

Any other suggestions?

Did you try our current release branch? Per our internal testing this issue is resolved.

Yes I did. It just keeps redirecting back to cart page and displays the ‘Address1 is required’ message.

Try cleaning your cookie/session stuff from the browser for the website in question, and re-try.

That seems to have resolved the issue for us.

@websitehelperuk Do you have logging enabled in the plugin settings? Can you provide a copy of the log file for review? It would be best to submit that here.

We’ve made some adjustments in the release branch on GitHub that we think resolves this issue. Please use the link to download and update your site manually and see if it resolves your issues. Confirmation of resolution would be great!
