Hi @nicholas2019,
Thanks for your response. Unfortunately, I already had all but one of these settings as you have explained and as I referred to in my original post. I have made sure I (now) have the latest version of the plugin and matched the same advanced options as you mentioned. Note I am using the free version and there is no such thing as POD3 (it is just POD) or PCLZIP4 (it is just PLCZIP) but nonetheless. I still cannot run a successful backup. I am still getting the same error message.
Hello @alendon ,
To effectively troubleshoot the issue, could you please send us the debug information via WPvivid debug page in your website backend? Thank you in advance for your assistance.
To ensure efficient tracking of your thread, we kindly ask you to include the link to the thread in your email.
Kind regards.
Hi there,
Can you please tell me how to upload or send the debug page. I have downloaded it as a zip file but cant see any way in this forum to upload a file. I can see how to insert links but nothing else.
Regarding your comment To ensure efficient tracking of your thread, we kindly ask you to include the link to the thread in your email, I am a bit confused. I am not emailing and emails duplicating your reply are coming from a noreplay address so are you saying I need to add a line in each time as I have below?

Thanks for your help. It seems that my problem has been resolved, and I have been able to successfully back up my site. I had a conversation with my ISP about why WordPress was running so slowly. They investigated and increased the memory limit within the PHP settings.
I don’t know if this is the solution to my problem or coincidental but the issue seems resolved for now.
