Dreamhost 500 mod_write error

Desperate help needed.

I must have done something to my WordPress configuration while activating/deactivating plugins, I’m now getting a 500 Internal Server Error which Dreamhost is not helping me with. They only say: “It looks as if you have bad syntax in your mod_rewrite. Unfortunately, these are third party script issues that we do not support.”

All I can figure is I was updating some plugins when this happened. Anyone have ideas on how I can fix this?
