Hi, I am having issues with my navigation menu. The drop-down sub-menus are not displaying at all along with the arrow toggles. When I am logged into WordPress, it displays properly but the second I log out or if I have someone else look at the website anonymously it does not display correctly. I have tried almost every tip that is out there but nothing is working. On mobile, the menu does not display at all either. I’m open to any and all suggestions. Not sure if this is an elementor or Astra theme issue. I have cleared cache and everything is updated.

Hi,

To troubleshoot this issue, follow these instructions:
1. Clear all the cache memory, which includes your browser’s cache, other plugins’ cache, and server cache (if possible).
2. If the issue persists, deactivate all plugins apart from Elementor. If this solves the problem, reactivate the plugins one by one to find the plugin that causes the issue.
3. If this didn’t help, switch your theme (temporarily) and see if it makes any difference.
4. If this didn’t help, try using the steps in the articles listed below.

Thank you so much. It was one of the plugins that was making it not work!
