Something is wrong with the related CSS. This may be due to CSS optimization. It appears to be done by Litespeed caching plugin. Try disabling CSS optimization. You’ll need to clear your browser cache to see the actual results of this test.

I recommend seeking assistance through your theme’s dedicated support channel. For a roll-over effect that displays a sub menu, there needs to either be a related :hover pseudo-class selector somewhere, or some JavaScript listening for appropriate mouse events. Neither one seems to be present.
