If it’s just a type of data collection I suggest you look at the Contact Form 7 (CF7) plugin..
Just simple data input, like when you fill out a form that asks which state you reside in. When the user clicks the drop down, a selection of sports teams in alphabetical order comes up for them to select from. I tried using accordian tabs, but that isn’t what I’m looking for…
But, where would you want to store the selection? In the database on that user, or just sending the selection in an email… Or.. Showing different content based on this..?

Ok, then install Contact Form 7, or if you want to spend some money check out Gravity Forms ..
