    Hi there, please help I have no idea what’s going on I have installed your theme but the drop down/ sub menus do not work.

    I haven’t changed any code etc so I have no idea what’s wrong?

    Can you verify that the child menu items have been set like this, and the menu with submenus has been assigned in the Primary location like this?

    Hi Ben,

    Yea I have tried all possible ways to have the drop down work, for some reason it’s just not visible.

    I have the page and the sub items as per your images but it still isn’t showing the drop down.

    Okay thank you for trying that. I’m seeing the submenu included (screenshot), but the menu itself is not visible when hovered over.

    There is a Javascript error on your site that is likely causing this issue, as well as a problem with the mobile menu (screenshot). I believe the error is coming from a plugin, but I can’t tell exactly which one.

    The way to solve this is by bulk deactivating your plugins, and then reactivating them one-by-one until you find the one causing the issue. Could you try that and let me know if you find the plugin responsible?
